Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky Attorney General is questioning whether the Governor's general counsel can be involved in soliciting funds for the Governor's legal defense. Attorney Jim Deckard says he's looking into whether Governor Fletcher can collect private donations to pay for his legal costs. Kevin Willis has this report.
