Bowling Green, Ky – A life-like exhibit of Bowling Green native Duncan Hines is now on display at the Kentucky Museum on the WKU campus. Hines is best-known for his cake mixes, but he got his start as a traveling salesman in the 1940s. He kept a journal of the best place to eat in the US and published restaurant and lodging guides. Lisa Autry spoke to Timothy Mullin with the Kentucky Museum and Cora Jane Spiller, a great niece of Duncan Hines.
