Bowling Green, Ky – Selected teachers from across the Commonwealth are participating in special programs to improve reading skills among elementary students. Dr. Jennifer Montgomery is the Director of the WKU Kentucky Reading Project. She spoke to our Dan Modlin about the year-long graduate-level reading course for teachers.
