New York Blower Company Coming to Grayson County
New York Blower Company is planning to locate a new manufacturing facility in Grayson County.The investment is expected to create 125 jobs. The company plans to make an investment of $4.8 million in the project.
Governor Steve Beshear says the announcement comes at a promising time for the city of Leitchfield, and Grayson County Judge Executive Gary Logsdon says the manufacturing operation will move into a facility formerly used by Trim Masters.
New York Blower Company manufactures engineered fans and blowers to the industrial marketplace. The company provides thousands of types and models of air-movement equipment. Officials with New York Blower say the TVA and Warren RECC played major roles in the decision to locate in Grayson County.
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority has given preliminary approval for tax incentives up to $4.8 million dollars for the Leitchfield-based project.
