No Jane Fonda Movie In E'Town

By AP

Elizabethtown, KY – A recently released movie that stars Jane Fonda won't be shown at the Elizabethtown Movie Palace because of her actions during the Vietnam War.
Owner Ike Boutwell says he trained fighter pilots during the war and some of them died from rounds fired from guns like the one Fonda posed beside during her infamous anti-war trip to North Vietnam. The comedy "Monster-In-Law" is making lots of money nationwide...it opened #1 at the box office last week...but Fonda is not amusing Boutwell.
On the ticket window in Elizabethtown, a sign explains that the cinema will not show the film because of what Fonda did in Vietnam. Below the sign are pictures of Fonda applauding with a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft crew in 1972.
