Bowling Green, KY – This is the first part of Dan Modlin's award-winning series called "A Matter of Resources." Dan's reports look at the challenges Kentucky public defenders are facing. This series recently won the Anthony Lewis Award presented at the 34th annual Public Defender Education Conference in Erlanger, Kentucky. It also won 1st place for "Best Series" at the 2006 Kentucky Associated Press awards.
