Bowling Green, KY – The Commissioner of the Kentucky Department for Public Health says the public should try to avoid contact with flood water, when possible. Dr. William Hacker says high waters frequently contain chemical contaminants, animal waste, and contaminents from septic systems that aren't working. He recommends tetanus shots for people with open wounds who come into contact with the water. Dan Modlin has this report......
