Bowling Green, KY – University President Gary Ransdell told Regents that this is the right time to move ahead with the acquisition of land located next to the WKU Farm. The property contains several structures, including a dwelling, a cottage, and a log house. University officials say the purchase is in keeping with the Campus Master Plan, and they intend to utilize structures on the acreage for agriculture, arts, craftsmanship, and tourism programs. Funding for the purchase is coming from the University Reserve.
