Bowling Green, Ky – The No Child Left Behind Act has been controversial since it was adopted by Congress in 2002. Now the Washington-based Center on Education Policy has released a study showing the progress made by students in reading and math. Kevin Willis spoke with the group's president about Kentucky's advances in those subject areas.
