Louisville, KY – An oil and gas developer who's been the focus of a federal investigation is halting investment offers to clients so that he can prepare for retirement.
Many of David Rose's for emr clients have complained that they lost most or all of what they invested with one of his former companies, Bowling Green based Robo Enterprises, Incorporated
Rose is under investigation by the FBI and the iRS. He's announced that another one of his companies, Enterra Energy, LLC, won't sell any more oil and gas investments.
Rose was banned from selling securities or being involved with securities sales in kentucky after the state Office of Financial Institutions won an injunction against him. He then moved Enterra to Jeffersonville, Indiana.
