Should Ky restore voting rights of felons?

Bowling Green, Ky – Kentucky is one of only two states that do not automatically restore a felon's voting rights once all debts to society have been paid. But since March, Governor Beshear has granted partial pardons to nearly 800 inmates, allowing them to register for the November election. Several of those pardoned were convicted of crimes such as murder and rape. Lisa Autry has our report.
