Franklin, KY – Gov. Fletcher recently came to Franklin to tout the region's economic progress. While he was there, Fletcher was asked about his relationship with Lt. Gov. Steve Pence, and his prospects for re-election. Lisa Autry of Western's Public Radio was there and put together this report.
