Teachers, university workers to lose more of paycheck

Bowling Green, Ky – Governor Beshear recently signed into law a bill that will help to fund the healthcare costs of the Kentucky Teacher Retirement System (KTRS). The change will include larger deductions from the paychecks of teachers and many university employees across the state. Dan Modlin reports.
