Franklin, Kentucky – A third person is facing charges in connection with a Simpson County murder. Kentucky State Police have arrested 51-year old Rickie Allen McPeak at a truck stop in Indianapolis Friday night.
He has been charged with complicity to murder in connection with the death of 43-old year Jessie Frank George in April of 2002. The remains of George were discovered in an abandoned house in Simpson County.
