Frankfort, KY – Kentucky's unemployment rate dropped to 4.5% in November, the lowest the jobless rate's been for the state in four years.
According to the state office of employment and training, the November rate was below both the rate for last month and for the same month a year ago.
November was the sixth month of the year of employment increase in 2004. Seven of the ten major non-farm job sectors had employment increases in November, while three decreased.
