Bowling Green, KY – Funeral Services are being held in Bowling Green today for Dr. Dero G. Downing, the fourth President of Western Kentucky University. Dr. Downing's contributions to the University span many decades. He served as President from 1969 until 1979 and led the College Heights Foundation for many years.
