US space program would change dramatically under Obama plan

Bowling Green, KY – President Obama's budget is calling for some significant changes to the space program. The President wants to end the space shuttle program and develop commercial spacecraft that would taxi astronauts into space. Public Radio space reporter Pat Duggins says those moves would significantly change the role of astronauts. He spoke with our Dan Modlin.
