Bowling Green, Ky – Unemployment rates have reached the 11% mark in Kentucky. With so many people looking for jobs, a hiring specialist from Nashville says those seeking employment must think from the perspective of the employer. Jennifer Way of Way Solutions recently led a workshop on job searches at WKU. She spoke to our Dan Modlin about the current hiring environment.
