WKU expert says USDA right to issue recall

Bowling Green, Ky – The US Department of Agriculture has ordered the biggest beef recall in American history after videos surfaced of sick cattle being mistreated at a meatpacking facility. Dr. Nevil Speer is an animal scientist in the WKU Agriculture Department. He says the video clearly depicts clear violations of established standards. He spoke to our Dan Modlin.
