WKU-Glasgow Student Who Died on Campus Identified

A WKU student who was found dead at the Glasgow campus Friday afternoon has been identified as Trina Lawson. She was discovered inside a bathroom around 1 p.m. and was later pronounced dead by the Barren County coroner.

The cause of death is still under investigation by the coroner's office. Lawson's age and hometown were not immediately known.

WKU Counseling Services will be at the Glasgow campus Monday and throughout the week to offer help to any students or staff members who wish to talk about what happened.
