Bowling Green, Ky – A new PBS series on WWII is spurring discussion about the social and cultural impacts the event had on the US and the world. WKU History Professor Anthony Harkins says the war had a significant influence on race relations in many parts of the world. He joined Dan Modlin in the studios of WKU Public Radio to discuss the subject.
