WKU Men's Basketball Picks Up Committment from 6'10'' Center

The WKU men's basketball program has its first recruiting commitment for the class of 2013. Alassane Kah, a 6' 10", 215 pound center-forward, announced this week he'll play his college ball in Bowling Green.

Kah is currently attending Fishburne Military Academy in Virginia. He's playing a postgraduate season after attending Walnut Ridge High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Kah is a native of Senegal who has lived in the U.S. for five years.

Kah's coach at Fishburne, Ed Huckaby, says Kah was ready to commit to WKU after completing an official visit to the campus recently.
