Bowling Green, Ky – WKU is implementing a new energy policy, designed to reduce unnecessary power usage. Christian Ryan Downing is the school's Sustainability Coordinator. She says some students groups have been trained to make energy-saving recommendations. She spoke with our Dan Modlin.
