Kentucky State Police , Post 3 in Bowling Green, is requesting assistance in locating 38-year-old Michael L. Vincent of Brownsville, Kentucky. Vincent was last seen on May 5, 2011 standing in the roadway in front of his residence while the home was on fire on Oak Grove Church Road in Edmonson County.
Mammoth Cave National Park says efforts are underway this month to clean and document historic stone retaining walls at the Green River Ferry area of the park. Acting Superintendent Bruce Powell says rehabilitation plans for the ferry landings call for the rock walls to be removed before reconstruction starts and then rebuilt.
