Munfordville, KY – A 46 year old Munfordville man was found shot in his residence last night and state police say he was dead on arrival at Caverna Hospital.
State police say they're assissting the Hart County sheriff's office in the investigation of what has been determined to be a homicide. The victim is identified as Gary Howard.
No arrests have been made thus far.

Bowling Green, KY – Warren County Circuit Court Judge Steve Wilson
has refused to dismiss a lawsuit claiming a
prominent attorney owes the city of Bowling Green
several hundred thousand dollars. Judge Wilson
ruled that the city has standing to sue Steve Catron
over his work related to the Convention Center in
Bowling Green.
