Bowling Green, Ky – Bowling Green area residents got to speak firsthand with the Governor as Steve Beshear continued a series of townhall meetings across the Bluegrass State. He was asked to explain his recent partial pardons of convicted felons in order they might regain the right to vote. WKU Public Radio's Lisa Autry attended the Warren County meeting, and has this extended report.
