Bowling Green, Ky – Bowling Green Mayor Elaine Walker believes something called the "Together Rx Access Card" can provide prescription drug coverage to the city's working poor. Walker learned about the card at a recent mayor's conference, and wants those eligible in Bowling Green to sign up. Kevin Willis has more on the plan.
