Police in south-central Kentucky have charged a man with murder and abuse in the death last year of his infant son.
Warren County sheriff's deputies arrested 27 year old Jonathan Waters of Roundhill in Butler County on Thursday after he was indicted by a grand jury. The indictment says the child was three months old when he died October 28th, but the boy's name was redacted.
Warren County sheriff's spokesman Stephen Harmon said the death investigation found "multiple internal and external injuries" on the child. He declined to go into further detail.
Waters is being held in the Warren County jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
