Bowling Green, Ky – Supporters of smoke-free policies in Kentucky are hoping to eventually see those policies implemented statewide. Dr. Ellen Hahn, director of the Kentucky Center for Smoke-Free Policy, says time and money have to be invested for the effort to work. Opponents, on the other hand, believe the rights of business owners to set smoking policies should be preserved. Dan Modlin reports.
