Bowling Green, Ky – It seems like the news is constantly filled with tragic stories, from the Minneapolis bridge collapse, to the trapped Utah miners, to deaths in Iraq. Talking to children about these kinds of stories can be a difficult thing for parents. Dan Modlin recently spoke to Dr. Linda Lindeke of the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. She talked about the best ways to communicate these types of events to young people.
