Fifth Trial Set For Brent Burke

A new trial date has been set in the court martial of a Kentucky soldier facing two murder charges. Sergeant Brent Burke is accused of killing his estranged wife and her former mother-in-law in 2007. The two women were found shot to death inside a home in Rineyville in Hardin County.

The court martial for Burke will be held at Ft. Campbell beginning May 1st.

Burke was tried four times in civilian court with each one ending in a mistrial.
