Bowling Green, KY – A former Warren County magistrate is behind bars following his arrest on drug charges.
48 year old Terry Stahl was arrested at his home in Bowling Green Wednesday night following an undercover drug buy.
Detectives with the Bowling Green/Warren County Drug Task Force and Bowling Green City police arrested Stahl in his driveway. He was taken to the Warren County regional jail charged with trafficking in crack cocaine.
Authorities had allegedly made several undercover drug buys from Stahl from December 2004 through January. The investigation had been going on over a three month period.
Stahl is a former Warren County magistrate who lost his re-election bid in 2003.
