Funeral Arrangements Made for Two Children Killed in Kentucky Bus Crash

Three children injured in the crash of a school bus carrying preschoolers remain hospitalized. A 4-year-girl was upgraded to stable and a 3-year-old boy upgraded to good condition Wednesday in the intensive care unit at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, hospital spokesman Steve Menaugh said.

A child taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center remained in critical condition, hospital spokeswoman Julie Phillips said. No other information was available for that child.

Meanwhile, funeral services have been set for later this week for the pair of 3-year-old Head Start classmates killed when the Carroll County school bus flipped onto its side and smashed into a tree Monday afternoon.

Nine children and two adults were on the bus.
