Frankfort, Ky – Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson testified in Washington Wednesday in favor of legislation that would change the way we elect our presidents. The issue is gaining the attention of US Senators because several states have moved their presidential primary dates to January and February. Tony McVeigh has this report.
