Bowling Green, Ky – State officials are developing new tax breaks in an effort to land a high-tech auto battery plant in Hardin County. Kentucky is applying for a share of $2 billion in federal stimulus money to help fund a $600 million complex. The fuel cell plant could create as many as 2,000 jobs. Lisa Autry has this report.
