Bowling Green, Ky – As state officials develop plans for a special legislative session to deal with pension reform, the head of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce says change is needed as soon as possible. Chamber President Dave Adkisson, a former Owensboro mayor, spoke to our Dan Modlin.
