Frankfort, KY – Some private agencies that work with the Commonwealth to provide care for abused and neglected children are facing larger budget cuts this month. A reduction in per diem reimbursements was announced at the start of the month, according to Kristi Watt of Bellewood Presbyterian Homes for Children. Dan Modlin has our report.
