Bowling Green, KY – The Kentucky Association of Counties is under the microscope for questionable spending habits, following newspaper reports about credit card charges to strip clubs. KACO leaders also paid 50 restaurant bills of $1,000 or more over two years. Lisa Autry has this report on what the organization is doing to combat the bad publicity.
