Ashland, Kentucky – Authorities in Ashland, Kentucky have captured 21 year old Branden Basham, one of two jail escapees wanted for abduction of a South Carolina woman.
The FBI has released no additional information on the capture. Still at large is 25 year old Chadrick Fulks of Logan County. The two fled the Hopkins County Detention Center November 4th by scaling a fence. They're wanted for abducting a Hanson, Kentucky man, who was left tied to a tree and escaped serious injury. A 44 year old South Carolina woman reported to have been abducted by the pair is still missing.
