Bowling Green, Ky – The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is proposing a new approach for students to pay for higher education. The Guaranteed Affordability Program would include resources from students, their families, universities, and the state to help cover costs. Chamber President and former Owensboro Mayor David Adkisson told our Dan Modlin the plan would require bipartisan support in the General Assembly.
