Bowling Green, Ky – With the November general elections approaching, a possible increase in the minimum wage is becoming a big campaign issue. Congress is expected to take up a bill that would raise the minimum wage to $7.25 an hour. One Kentuckian who has studied the issue says while the raise may be good politics, it's not good economics.
