Lawmakers looking into spending at KACO and League of Cities

Frankfort, Ky – Questionable spending practices at the Kentucky Association of Counties and the Kentucky League of Cities were the focus of a two-hour legislative hearing in Frankfort. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh was there.
