Owensboro, Ky – Owensboro is following the national trend of encouraging the creation of downtown living spaces. The city is preparing to start the next phase of its downtown development project. Owensboro Downtown Development Executive Director Fred Reeves says the city wants several housing options to be available. He talked to WKU Public Radio about the next phase of the city's redevelopment.
