Police Search for South Central Kentucky Brothers Accused of Murder

Kentucky State Police are searching for two southern Kentucky brothers accused of killing a 73-year-old man.  Police say murder warrants have been issued for 33-year-old Phillip M. Roberts and 38-year-old Thomas A. Roberts, both of Albany in Clinton county.  Police say they believe the brothers are traveling in a 2000 black Chevy S-10 with a Kentucky registration plate of 802-MXV.

Police say Phillip Roberts is 6-foot-3, 245 pounds and has blue eyes. Thomas Roberts is 5-foot-9 and 155 pounds with brown eyes.  Police say both are white and have brown hair.

Officers say the brothers should be considered armed and dangerous, and that anyone who spots them should call 800-222-5555.

The brothers are wanted in the slaying of James F. Perdue, who was found dead Wednesday at his rural Clinton county home.
