Fort Campbell, KY – Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld plans to visit Fort Campbell Tuesday to speak to members of the 101st Airborne Division and their families.
Major Fred Wellman, however, said it will not be a public event and it is only for the soldiers and their families.
The Secretary is scheduled to arrive at Campbell Army Airfield after noon and will eat lunch with a group of soldiers on post. At 1:35 pm, he's to address the soldiers at the division parade field.
He's to conduct a news conference later in the afternoon at the Don F. Pratt Museum of post.
