Owensboro – Daviess County Fiscal Court is reported to be ready to consider an ordinance permitting the sale of alcohol by the drink on Sunday at qualifying restaurants. Daviess County Judge Executive Reid Haire says Fiscal Court intends to hear first reading of such an ordinance at the Court's December 5th meeting with second reading and possible passage as early as December 19th.
