Bowling Green, Ky – November 8th is the 65th anniversary of a pivotal military operation in WWII. "Operation Torch" was a coordinated Allied attack on North Africa in the fall of 1942. WKU Military Historian Jack Thacker says the operation proved to be great training for future US commanders like Dwight Eisenhower and George Patton. Dr. Thacker spoke to Dan Modlin about "Torch".
